The market has been really tough for buyers this past year, and it was a long process until I was able to buy something. Allen was extremely patient and a helpful companion throughout the entire thing. Being the first time buying a house for me, he educated me on everything I needed to know: real-state market, buying process, mortgage, taxes, maintenance, finding good contractors, and handling contractors. I have to say he is an expert on these: maintenance and contractors. He would tell me how things work and, if they are not working or in good shape, how they are supposed to be fixed, etc. He even came to the house when the first contractors started coming to give me quotes to make sure I knew how to talk to them. If I need to buy or sell again, I'll definitely call him. I recommend Allen to anyone without reservations.

First time home buyers. Allen was very helpful throughout the whole process. He was extremely knowledgeable and had answers to all of our endless questions. He went and saw 30+ houses with us and really helped us find the right one. He helped us through the whole buying process and explained each step as we went through it. He was patient with us, kind, professional, knowledgeable, and just a really great guy! We are beyond thankful for everything Allen did in helping us find our new home!
