Lindsay helped in more ways than we ever expected. Thinking of things to look at when looking at houses (walls, windows, furnace, roofs, etc) and knowing people to help with any issues right away. She was on top of inspections and following up with people when we were tight with time to close. Lindsay is in a BNI group with me and you can see the passion she has for helping her buyers and sellers. I would recommend Lindsay to anyone looking to buy a home. She is really excellent at what she does. Constant communication and thorough with all aspects of the purchase. She even got us the HVAC inspection last minute and went out to meet the inspector at 7pm that night. When we wanted to show our kids the house, she met us in the evening. She was patient with our wild little boys as they looked in every room. Even after we moved in, we still had Lindsay's card out on the counter and our boys would ask where Lindsay was. She became like family throughout the process.

Lindsay did an analysis of our house and was very straight forward with what we could sell it for. She was thoughtful in how to adjust pricing if there weren't many showings in the first 10 days. She kept us up to date with any showings and verified with us so that we always had plenty of notice. Lindsay was great with helping us get the most we could for our home. Her strategy of lowering the price after just a few showings had me a little nervous, but she consistently calmed my nerves and made the process very smooth. There were a couple of items the buyer asked to fix prior to close. Lindsay shared her network of great people with us to get the work done quickly and at an affordable price. We are so glad that she helped us sell this house to find our new home to raise our family. Thank you for all your hard work and always answering my hypothetical questions.
